All orders are shipped same day payment is received. Orders must be placed before 2:00pm Eastern time zone, to ship the same day. All Packages are shipped out UPS ground unless otherwise noted. All international orders will be shipped using UPS or USPS.

COD orders will be subject to a $12.50 additional charge per package, only available within the U.S. All international orders will usually arrive within 2-7 business days depending on location.


20% restocking fee for all orders under 50 dozen. All order larger then 50 dozen will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Mass Vision concentrates on offering the best-selling styles in the business. However, we do understand if certain styles don't sell as well in your area as they do elsewhere. If you are unhappy with a style, you can return it for an exchange or Mass Vision will credit towards a future order. We do ask that you make your request within 14 days of invoice date.   1. Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. (Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number.)
  2. Each broken sunglass must have a note affixed to it explaining what is broken. A preferred method is to put the sunglass in its cellophane wrapper and affix a sticker describing the problem.
  3. All lens stickers and hang tags must be intact on all returned sunglasses.
  4. Send a copy, of any invoices associated with the returned product.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns.

Glasses with manufacturing defects must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery.

Any delivery that arrives damaged or is missing merchandise must be reported to the UPS driver and/or contact UPS directly at 1-800-PICKUPS to initiate a claim. Freight damages & claims are the responsibility of the carrier and must be filed with them immediately. If you need further assistance please feel free to contact our office within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request for the replacement of a product must be submitted within three business days of delivery.

We do not issue credits for unauthorized returns.
Defective/DOA Returns

We want to be sure that the products you ordered will perform according to the manufacturer's specifications, without defects straight out of the box. Since defects do occur upon occasion, all defective products may be returned for credit or replacement at our discretion. Any defect that occurs after the product has been in use is not returnable to us. You will need to refer to the original manufacturer's warrantee for return instructions, if applicable. Your return request must be issued to us within 10 days from the delivery date. Product that does not meet personal preferences for color, size, feel, etc. cannot be considered defective.
